摘要(Abstract)：
运用SWOT方法分析了甘肃省高新技术产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,结合层次分析法对两两元素进行比较,明确了SWOT组间和组内的各要素的权重,得出结论为优势和机遇对甘肃省高新技术产业发展影响最大,提出应以SO战略为主导,把握机遇,发挥自身优势,大力支持高新技术产业的发展,同时也要兼顾WO战略以降低不利因素带来的影响.
